SHIPPING & REFUND
SHIPPING OF PRE-ORDER ITEMS
We work hard to ensure our products are available in as many locations as possible and are constantly evaluating ways we can improve the experience for our customers.
Pre-order items are purchased BEFORE PRODUCTION and are not ready to ship.
Thus, pre-order items have their own estimated shipping date which is located at the description of each item and at the checkout.
Bear in mind that the estimated shipping date could be postponed if needed, as described in Terms of Services.
Currently we ship only to several countries, and don’t yet offer free shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to send you your order.
The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. For orders outside the EU, customers will be responsible for any additional custom expenses.
All orders will be shipped after the production period ends, via express shipping option with 2-5 day delivery. If your order will not arrive within that time, you will be able to contact us. Once a pre-order is placed, we will periodically inform you when your order will be ready.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
For modifying your order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may exchange or return your items for a full refund within 30 days of having received them or within 30 days of placing a pre-order.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there was a mistake in delivery caused by us.
Items need to be unused, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no scratches on device), and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
We process refunds within a few days after receiving the items.
Depending on the payment platform, it can take up to 14 working days for the money to show on your account.

For items purchased on sale, customers are responsible for return shipping fees and may be charged additional VAT and/or duties by their local government when processing a return.
Please note that we can only process an exchange once we have received the original device in good order.
All exchanges and returns from EU countries are on us and the customer bears no additional charges. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After the exchange or return request has been processed, you will either receive the return label, or we will organise the pick-up for you, depending on the country of the shipping.
