WARRANTY

Warranty

Sportreact systems come with a 1-year limited warranty. Sportreact Inc. warrants that the original device purchased from sportreact or authorised reseller shall be without defect under normal use for a period of one year, except for residents from European Economic Area (EEA) who purchased their sportreact device in the EEA, whose warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.

When you purchase sportreact hardware products, you will also receive coverage from the sportract warranty. Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorised modifications. See the warranty for complete details.

Your sportreact system is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”) when used in accordance with sportreact user guide.

Within this Warranty Period, sportreact will repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

  1. cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and to plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are due to normal wear and tear of equipment and normal customer use;

  2. consumable parts, such as the charging cable, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;

  3. defects or damage caused by accident, abuse or misuse howsoever caused, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;

  4. defects or damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorised service provider of sportreact, unauthorised disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications being carried out;

  5. defects or damage to a product that has been connected to data cables that are not supplied by sportreact or the use of wrong voltage;

  6. defects or damages due to the equipment being used other than in a normal and customary manner.

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, the following options apply:

  1. Return the sportreact device for repair with new or remanufactured parts. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labour.

  2. Exchange the sportreact device in agreement with sportreact Customer Service at info@sportreact.com

  3. Complete/or Partial Refund for sportreact device (the refund is not applicable for software licensing).

Proof of purchase will be required to verify eligibility. 

Service options, parts availability and response times will vary according to country.

Sportreact does not warrant, represent or undertake that it will be able to repair or replace any Product under this warranty without risk to and/or loss of information and/or data stored on the Product. In no event shall sportreact be liable for (a) loss or damage, which as of the product’s purchase cannot be regarded as being caused by sportreact breach of these warranty terms; or (b) losses caused by the user’s fault, loss of data or loss of profits or benefits.

Any limitations of liability in this warranty document shall not apply to (i) death or personal injury pursuant to any mandatory law on product liability; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) intentional misconduct or gross negligence; (iv) or a culpable breach of major contractual obligations.  A damages claim based on a breach of major contractual obligations or gross negligence will be limited to foreseeable damage typical for the sale contract concerned.

Sportreact will provide warranty service through: 

Mail-in service. If sportreact determines that your Product is eligible for mail-in service, sportreact will send you instructions potentially from a third party courier, so that you may ship your Product to the sportreact Repair Service location. Sportreact will pay for shipping from and to your location if instructions regarding the method of packaging and shipping the Product are followed and when agreed by sportreact Customer Services.
